We offer various types of services, including airport transfers, private city-to-city transfers, hourly services with a dedicated driver, and customized private tours. We also offer specific services for events, shopping trips, and weddings.

We operate in all major Italian cities, including Milan, Rome, Florence, Naples, as well as tourist destinations such as the Amalfi Coast, Lucca, Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Bologna, and Bergamo. We also serve major airports and ports. Upon request, we can arrange personalized transfers to any destination in Italy.

Our drivers are qualified professionals, experts in the territory, and carefully selected to ensure the highest level of service. They are discreet and professional, fluent in Italian and English, and ready to assist you at any time. Some of our internal drivers include Desy, Donato, Roberto, Giovanni, and Paolo. We also collaborate with selected NCC drivers throughout Italy.

Our fleet includes luxury vehicles such as Luxury Sedans (for elegant and discreet travel), Premium SUVs (for smaller groups or with extra luggage), and Premium/Luxury Vans (ideal for families or groups up to 7-8 people). All vehicles are meticulously maintained, clean, comfortable, and equipped with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and leather interiors.

The process is simple, transparent, and immediate. You need to enter your trip details (Pick-up Location, Destination, Date, and Time), often with Google Maps-based auto-completion. You select the desired vehicle. Finally, you confirm the details by entering your personal information (Name, Phone Number, Email). The system automatically calculates the price.

You will be asked for the Pick-up Location, Destination, Date and Time of service, Type of Vehicle desired, your Name and Surname, Phone Number, and Email. For airport transfers, it’s useful to provide your flight details.

Yes, InTime Limo also accepts last-minute bookings, based on vehicle and driver availability. However, it is advisable to book in advance to ensure the best service.

You will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the details of your trip. You will also receive the driver’s details before the service.

You can get an immediate and transparent quote using the online booking form. Our prices are fixed and transparent, established at the time of booking. There are no hidden costs, and the price includes tolls, parking, and taxes.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. You can pay online at the time of booking with a credit card. All payments are secure and certified.

Yes, it is possible to modify or cancel the booking according to our terms of service. Cancellations and modifications are often free up to 24 hours before the service. Some sources mention free cancellation up to 12 hours before as part of the “InTime Flex™” service. You can manage changes or cancellations through the online platform or by contacting us. For free cancellation up to 12 hours before, you can send an email to cancel@intimelimo.com with your booking number.

The hourly service allows you to have a driver and a luxury vehicle at your complete disposal for a defined period of time. It offers flexibility for meetings, events, shopping, or tours. The minimum time required for the hourly service is generally 3 hours, but in some cases there is a minimum of 2 hours. You can book an hourly driver directly at the airport as well.

Don’t worry. We monitor your flight in real-time. The driver will adjust the pick-up time and will be present upon your arrival, regardless of the time, at no additional cost for flight delays. Free waiting for up to 1 hour is provided in case of flight delay.

The driver will wait for you at the arrival terminal exit with a sign or tablet with your name. You will also receive the driver’s details before the service. The driver will greet you with a smile and help you with your luggage. VIP reception is provided for airport transfers.

Yes, our drivers are ready to assist you with your luggage. If you have bulky luggage, special equipment, or other particular needs, it is advisable to communicate this during the booking phase to ensure impeccable service.
