“Booked a pickup for 10:30pm from Pisa airport to Florence. Flight arrived early with planned arrival of 21:15 but landed at 21:05. Was not sure of how long it would take to get through passport control and the airport thus 10:30 pickup. Our driver Gianpiero was there about 25mins after we landed as must of kept watch on the flights. 1st class service from the airport to the hotel”
“Ottimo servizio, puntuale, cordiale e molto disponibile. Consigliato!”
“I had an emergency, I had to transport my medium/large sized dog Rolf after surgery to the vet at home, in the historic center of Lucca. I tried to ask for a permit from the Metro, nothing, I tried to book a Taxi, nothing, they don’t accept large dogs, so I tried with Black Taxi and got lucky. The person on the phone was incredibly kind and courteous, and for only €15, he assured me of the service. I had to postpone the appointment for 20 minutes and there was no problem, the driver arrived on time and my Rolf, like a little prince, was taken home in the Black Mercedes Van! I can only recommend this company, kind and professional people who I will also recommend to my foreign clients – CONGRATULATIONS and THANKS again!”
